PolyLite™ LW-PLA is a low-density PLA that uses Polymaker’s Stabilized Foaming™ technology. This technology allows the PLA to re-foam after extrusion introducing a lattice foam structure that decreases the density by 30%. It prints using regular PLA settings and also produces a naturally matte surface finish which can hide the layer lines. LW-PLA is the perfect candidate where weight is critical and is popular among aerodynamicists
Light Weight PLA – PolyLite Light Weight PLA is a low-density PLA (0.9g/cm^3 compared to 1.17 g/cm^3 for regular PLA). It prints using the same settings as regular PLA (temperature and flow rate), making it easy to print and compatible with most 3D printers. It will not foam when printing, which saves you from a lot of troubles brought by active foaming of traditional light-weight PLA
High Rigidity & Good Layer Adhesion – Our Polymaker lightweight PLA has high rigidity and good layer adhesion so you can easily get some stiff parts of the radio-controlled plane with it. PolyLite PLA is a worry-free 3D Printer Filament White Low Weight PLA which has great bed adhesion, very consistent color and dimension accuracy, and no warping, no jamming, no blobs, or layer delamination issues. 【Note – turn off the fan for the first layer for improved bed adhesion】

Tangle Free & Moisture Free – PolyLite PLA-LW is 3D printing filament carefully winded to avoid any tangling issues, dried and vacuum sealed in a resealable ziplock bag with desiccant. Please make sure to NEVER let go the tip of the filament as it may create nodes. Holes on the side of the spool can be used to prevent this issue
